What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pairs per style per color. For OEM/ODM projects with custom molds, the MOQ may increase to 1,000-2,000 pairs depending on design complexity. Contact us via WhatsApp for specific MOQ details on any product.
Do you offer tiered pricing for bulk orders?
Yes. Our listed price of $3.49/pair applies to standard wholesale quantities. For orders exceeding 5,000 pairs, we offer volume discounts. Orders above 20,000 pairs qualify for factory-direct pricing. Request a custom quote through WhatsApp for detailed tiered pricing.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We provide product samples for quality evaluation. Sample costs range from $5-$15 per pair (including shipping). Sample charges are fully deductible from your first bulk order exceeding 1,000 pairs.
Products & Customization
What materials are used in your slippers?
Our slippers are primarily manufactured using EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate), a lightweight, durable, and odor-resistant foam material. We also produce PVC-based clogs and premium PU-blend models. All materials meet international safety standards including REACH and RoHS compliance.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes, we provide full OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) services. You can customize logos, colors, patterns, packaging, and even mold designs. Our R&D team works closely with clients to develop exclusive styles. Custom mold development typically takes 15-25 days.
Can I customize the packaging?
Yes. We offer poly bag packaging, individual boxes, display cartons, and custom retail packaging. Minimum order for custom printed packaging is 1,000 pairs. Provide your artwork in AI or PDF format, and our design team will create a mockup for approval.
Shipping & Delivery
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Sea freight is the most cost-effective for bulk orders, with transit times of 15-35 days depending on destination. Air freight takes 5-10 days. Express is ideal for samples and urgent small orders (3-7 days).
How long does production take?
Standard production lead time is 15-25 days for in-stock styles and 25-40 days for OEM/ODM orders with custom molds. Production begins after 30% deposit confirmation. We provide weekly production updates with photos.
Which countries do you ship to?
We export globally, with major markets in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America, and Europe. We have experience handling customs documentation for over 40 countries.

What quality standards do your products meet?
All products undergo rigorous quality control including material testing, size verification, color fastness checks, and durability testing. Our facility complies with ISO 9001 quality management principles. Test reports from SGS, Intertek, or BV can be provided upon request.
Do your products contain harmful chemicals?
No. Our EVA and PVC materials are phthalate-free and comply with REACH (EU), Proposition 65 (California), and CPSIA (USA) regulations. Material safety data sheets (MSDS) are available for all product lines.
