At BJ Slippers (Shangbao Footwear), we stand behind the quality of every pair we manufacture. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and replacements for wholesale orders placed through bjsqc.com.
1. Quality Guarantee Period
All products come with a 30-day quality guarantee starting from the date of delivery (as confirmed by the shipping carrier tracking record). During this period, we will address any manufacturing defects at no additional cost to the buyer.
2. What Constitutes a Defect
The following issues are covered under our refund and replacement policy:
- Sole separation or delamination under normal use conditions
- Color bleeding or fading beyond acceptable industry standards
- Material cracking or tearing not caused by misuse
- Incorrect sizing (deviation exceeding +/- 5mm from specified dimensions)
- Missing or incorrect logos, patterns, or customizations as per confirmed order specifications
- Products received in damaged condition due to inadequate packaging
3. What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not eligible for refund or replacement:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by improper storage, extreme temperatures, or chemical exposure
- Color slight variations between different production batches (within acceptable tolerance)
- Orders where the buyer approved pre-shipment inspection photos/videos
- Custom-designed products (OEM/ODM) where specifications match the approved sample
- Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or other force majeure events
4. Return Process
- Notification: Contact us via WhatsApp (+86 152 9455 6667) within 7 days of receiving defective products, including photos and a description of the issue
- Assessment: Our quality team reviews the claim within 48 hours and provides a return authorization if the claim is valid
- Return Shipping: For confirmed defects, we cover return shipping costs. The buyer must use our designated return shipping method
- Inspection: Returned products are inspected upon arrival at our facility (3-5 business days)
- Resolution: Based on inspection results, we will issue a replacement, credit note, or refund as appropriate
5. Refund Options
For approved claims, buyers may choose from the following resolution options:
- Free Replacement: We manufacture and ship replacement products at no additional cost (15-25 days production)
- Credit Note: Full or partial credit applied to your next order
- Monetary Refund: Refund processed via the original payment method within 7-14 business days (bank transfer may take longer depending on your bank)
6. Partial Refunds
In cases where only a portion of the order is defective, partial refunds are calculated based on the percentage of affected units. For example, if 50 out of 1,000 pairs are defective, the refund covers 5% of the total order value.
7. Bulk Order Considerations
For orders exceeding 5,000 pairs, we recommend arranging a third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, Intertek, or BV). If the buyer opts out of pre-shipment inspection, the return policy covers manufacturing defects only, not aesthetic preferences.
8. Sample Orders
Sample orders are non-refundable. However, sample charges are fully deductible from your first bulk order of 1,000+ pairs. If the sample does not meet quality expectations, we will provide a free replacement sample.
9. Customs and Import Duties
BJ Slippers is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance delays in the destination country. Returns due to customs refusal are not eligible for refund unless the issue is caused by incorrect documentation on our part.
